Challenge

A commercial bank in Africa was locked into their existing payment system. The incumbent vendor was closing, leaving the bank with a platform that could no longer evolve and no straightforward path to replace it. Sourcing a new vendor was proving both expensive and time-consuming.

Solution

Xpertek deployed SFI eVolve by combining two core modules: SFI Switch for bulk payment processing and clearing, and SFI Client for internet banking and file management. The team transitioned the bank from contract to live operations in just 30 days.

The platform integrated directly with the bank’s existing core banking system. No rip-and-replace, no systems integrator dependency, and no disruption to live operations.
